Per Diem: $25/hour

1. paid to HSC at time of service

2. no guarantee of schedule availability

Benefits included with rental option 1:

• Ambient music and lighting

• Utilities (heat/AC & electricity)

• Internet, phone, fax access

• Client waiting area, Receptionist on duty to assist clients while waiting

• Facility maintenance, cleaning

• Break room usage

• Sheets and laundry service

• Lending library

• Free parking and ground level handicap accessibility for clients

• Furnished, decorated 10X12 room

• Opportunity for internal marketing

• Access to locker for personal items

• Assistance and maintenance of HIPPA standards

• Promotion of classes taught by practitioner (website, flyers, roadside sign, etc) as part of training center

Option 2:

Per Week: $20/hour 4 hour/week minimum

1. Set schedule availability

2. Payment due once a month or weekly

All the above and additional benefits included with rental option 2:

• Staff support for scheduling appointments, appointment reminders, client greeting, chart pulling/preparation

• Place to display promotional materials

• Page on HSC website (included free for 8 hr/week rental otherwise $45 set-up fee)

• Charts and paperwork provided for consistent creation/maintenance of client files

• Management of medical records – soap notes sent to doctors when necessary

  • Copies of medical records or other paperwork for insurance claims

• Possible referrals from HSC

• Storage space for materials

• Discount on rental space to teach classes

• Access to attend health fairs and other promotional events that the HSC attend
