February Ladies Night Out
CHOCOLATE TASTING!
We will be doing our famous annual Chocolate Tasting! This
year we will be tasting white, milk, and dark chocolate. So if you love
chocolate (and we know you do) come indulge and learn a little about
chocolate! Remember, Ladies Night Out is the perfect place to meet your friends and
put you feet up!(Really and you can even go barefoot if you want!)
The February Ladies Night Out will take place on February 6, 2008 from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm. All of our regular 25-minute services (neck and back massage, foot reflexology, ionic foot bath, and reiki) will be available along with a new one-- Quantum Biofeedback! You will be amazed at what this machine can tell you about your health and learn how it can help you in your quest for wellness!

What is The Art of Natural Breathing?
 In the art of natural breathing, we learn how to break the unproductive patterns and repetitions that happened over and over again in our lives. Sometimes we are a little unconscious, and our life is like an old video that we play over and over again with the same outcome. This is our unconscious programming, which always brings the same results. One of the greatest things about breath work is that it helps us change the unconscious programming in our subconscious, so we can break the limiting patterns that continue to repeat themselves. Just through breathing, we get in touch with the best of ourselves and new experiences start to happen! Our world becomes new again, versus a predictable world where we always know the outcome.
In the Art of Natural Breathing training, you will get the tools needed to change your unsupportive habits, addictions and misperceptions about life into new habits and ways of thinking that bring out the best in you, all through a unique new approach to breathing.

FROM CLUTTER TO CLARITY  Having clutter at home or at work is a personal challenge that can distract, overwhelm and sometimes disable the clutterer and those around him/her. This support group will help to empower those who clutter and help to improve the participants' health, energy, relationships and prosperity through releasing and organizing their stuff with more success.
Proven decluttering strategies will be explored, including techniques for the release of clutter, how to find safe sources of emotional support, stress reduction and guided imagery. Each month, participants will receive handouts and tip sheets to help create a better life. Participants will also fax or mail Lisa a monthly Focus Sheet to help stay on track between sessions.
Topics include, but are not limited to: Decluttering the Heart & Mind, Decluttering the Home, Decluttering the Office, Decluttering Medical Bills, Email & Coupons.

The new scents have arrived! We are currently selling jar candles in some wonderful scents from Elen's Candles. They are homemade soy based candles that smell wonderful and do not leave black soot. They are selling at $15.00 for the 12 oz domed jar and $18.00 for the 16oz (double scented) domed jar.
