Our February group was phenomenal!  The attendees responses were highly positive and the group as a whole were overjoyed with the tools that they recieved, and anxious to get home and put them to use.  Having clutter at home or at work is a personal challenge that can distract, overwhelm and sometimes disable the clutterer and those around him/her.  This support group will help to empower those who clutter and help to improve the participants' health, energy, relationships and prosperity through releasing and organizing their stuff with more success.  Proven decluttering strategies will be explored, including techniques for the release of clutter, how to find safe sources of emotional support, stress reduction and guided imagery.  Each month, participants will receive handouts and tip sheets to help create a better life. Participants will also fax or mail Lisa a monthly Focus Sheet to help stay on track between sessions.  Topics include, but are not limited to: Decluttering the Heart & Mind, Decluttering the Home, Decluttering the Office, and Decluttering Medical Bills, Email & Coupons.
