The Holistic Self Care Center
wants to provide you, the customer, with the necessary tools
it takes to learn about your body and how to care for it. It
has been said, “Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a
day; teach him how to fish, and he will eat for a lifetime”.
The Vision of The Holistic Self Care Center is to
create an environment that brings together a wide variety of
holistic professionals under one roof. These providers will work
with like-minded individuals while creating a customer atmosphere of
energy
healing, massage, nutritional counseling, exercise,
self care support and so much more. The Holistic Self Care Center
will build a strong synergy between its providers and a loving
relationship with our customers and the community.

We have over a dozen Massage Therapists that work out of 6 specialty
rooms. Choices for booking appointments can be done by
Therapist/Specialist, Type of Massage, or specific rooms.
We have a quiet space for nutritional counseling, life coaching, and
hypnotherapy. The Yoga studio is a 600 square footspace for stretching, yoga, Pilates, mediations, tai chi and
many other group classes though out the day and evening.
Barb Tremlett
The Owner and Founder of the Holistic Self Care Center is Barb
Tremlett. She has lived in Nashua for 18 years, she has been a
business owner, worked as a facility manager, and been very
active in the community with non-profits. She received her MBA
and became a Usui Reiki
