The Holistic Self Care Center
wants to provide you, the customer, with the necessary tools
it takes to learn about your body and how to care for it. It
has been said, “Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a
day; teach him how to fish, and he will eat for a lifetime”.
The Vision of The Holistic Self Care Center is to
create an environment that brings together a wide variety of
holistic professionals under one roof. These independent providers will work
with like-minded individuals while creating a customer atmosphere of
energy
healing, massage, nutritional counseling, exercise,
self care support and so much more. The Holistic Self Care Center
will build a strong synergy between its independent providers and a loving
relationship with our customers and the community.

Our facility hosts many Massage Therapists that work out of 6 specialty
rooms. Choices for booking appointments can be done by
Therapist/Specialist, Type of Massage, or specific rooms.
We have a quiet space for nutritional counseling, wellness coaching, and
hypnotherapy. Our studio is a 600 square foot
space for stretching, yoga, Pilates, mediations, tai chi and
many other group classes though out the day and evening.

Barb Tremlett |
Barb
Tremlett, originally from St. Louis
Missouri, has lived in Nashua for 22
years. She has a diverse work
background, including working as a
meat cutter for the Civil Service,
owning a daycare center, working in
healthcare, and as a facility
manager for a large software
corporation. Barb completed her
undergraduate studies at New
Hampshire College (which is now
Southern New Hampshire University)
in 1998. She then received her MBA
at Rivier College in 2001. Barb is
trained as an Usui Reiki Master
Teacher and is actively teaching.
Barb has been active in supporting
many non-profit organizations
including Nashua’s Great American
Downtown, works as a Volunteer
Coordinator for the Downtown Stroll
and she is President of the Business
Professional Women of Nashua. She
graduated from the Leadership
Greater Nashua Program in 2004 and
is on the LGN Development Board and
is currently an Ambassador for the
Nashua Chamber of Commerce. In 2005
she completed her third level of
Leadership Training with Klemmer and
Associates.
Barb
has recently received her Holistic
Life Coaching Certificate. This
rounds out her education and her
ability to work directly with
clients on health programs.
Barb
has worked the last several years
toward a vision of building a
business that educates individuals
to take an active role in their
personal health care, become in tune
with their bodies, and learn to
trust their own intuition on the
direction their lives should take.
She believes when we are strong
mentally, physically, and
spiritually we can do, be or
have anything we desire. She
loves golf, traveling and living her
passion with her company, The
Holistic Self Care Center. Two of
her favorite sayings are “It is what
it is” “When life gives you lemons,
make lemonade”.
