To keep our bodies running at optimal health and fucntionality, we are utilizing the TLS Education Program as part of our Healthy Eating Lifestyle Program. This program is designed to meet the needs of those patients that are wondering how and what to eat to achieve their optimal weight goal and overall wellness.
In these sessions you will learn foundational principles that will include topics:

~ Good Fats/Bad Fats
~ Grains and Your Health
~ Getting Healthy Mind and Body Using the Glycemic Index
~ Stress and Weight Gain
Components of the program include a self study kit of a 12 series DVD’s and Monthly Journal, as well as a Low Glycemic Index.
