CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an appointment, you must contact HSCC a minimum of 4 hours prior.  Please understand that your commitment is linked to your practitioner's schedule. If less than 4 hours, you will be charged the fee of the scheduled service.

Description:
Traditional Martial Arts training is a great way for your children to develop themselves!Learning healthy physical skills and habits in today’s high-tech world is more important than ever before. Also mentally developing respect, confidence and determination as well as learning to be mindful in what they do can help our children reach their fullest potential. The children will learn beginning movements and skills to developing kicking, punching, and self-defense along with techniques to help develop a better mind-body connection.

Couples Massage: Fri/Sat 5-10pm
