How can you use humor and
laughter to overcome obstacles?
How can you shift your focus and turn defeats into victories?
In this interactive,multimedia, energetic series you will learn
about the physiological,psychological and spiritual benefits of
extended laughter sessions and advanced coping techniques for the
holidays.
We will explore the difference between constructive and destructive
humor. We will also practice some extraordinary joy-making
techniques every week, including Laughter Meditation and Laughter
Yoga.
In addition, there will be one screening of Laughing Club of
India, directed by Academy Award nominated Mira Nair
(Monsoon Wedding) at the first session, which is an
amazing documentary about the origins of Laughter Yoga.

Lisa Wessan, MSW, LCSW,
CLL, RM is a joy based counselor and coach, international
speaker, and health educator. Lisa works with
individuals and groups who seek pleasure and fulfillment in their
lives through improved focus, heightened consciousness, and energy
psychology.
Lisa is also an internationally published author, an active Usui
Method Reiki Master and on-air host and producer of the
monthly Cable TV show Z Lighter Side of
TransformationSM .
She is also a monthly guest on
Thinking Out Loud, a radio talk
show that covers politics and health broadcast out of Lowell, MA.
