Laura J. Messina, Nutritionist Laura is a nutritionist with a career that spans over 30 years. Her passion is to help people live a lifetime of optimal health. She works with a number of Healthcare providers in the local area and integrates wellness and prevention based services into their Practices. Laura is a graduate of the Global College of Natural Medicine in Santa Cruz California and specializes in digestive health, low glycemic weight management, immune strengthening, cancer prevention as well as Autism and ADD/ADHD.

Tuesday - Thursday 10:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am-1:30pm 
Sunday: Closed
Couples Massage: Fri/Sat 5-10pm
