Laura Selmer is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant employed by Apple Therapy Services in Nashua since 2002.
Her interests include Orthopedics/Sports Medicine, as well as Myofascial Release. She is a Licensed Nia Instructor and has taught classes in the Greater Nashua and Monadnock Region for 3 years. Her love and practice of dance as well as teaching goes back 20 plus years.
She moved to Rindge, NH 6 years ago with her husband Jeremy, a local artist, and sought out the local dance/movement community. She soon found and fell in love with Nia and immediately knew this was something she wanted to be able to share with others. For her, Nia is a way to connect to something deep within herself and well as connecting with those in the class and community. She is thankful to share Nia with others as a means of self expression, promotion of health, holistic movement/fitness, and community integration.
